detoxing




Alright, if you follow me on instagram, then you're probably pretty informed about my eating habits. You're probably also aware that I "started a cleanse" a couple of weeks ago and then maybe you noticed me posting pictures of froyo and bacon and other yummy, non-cleanse-like stuff?

Soooo yeah. I started the cleanse the week my mom was here (did I mention my mom was here for a week?! oO ) and I did fine while she was here, which was hard, because we have totally different eating habits. Then, the following weekend we went to Austin, and I had a fried green tomato BLT and a frozen mexican hot chocolate, and it was all downhill from there. I gave up.

I'm not going to make excuses, but I will say that I've been under a lot of stress lately and I tend to eat my emotions. I just cannot find my groove, you guys, and I feel gross.

So, here I am publicly announcing that I'm a loser, and that I'm starting over. Now I'm off to spend my life's fortune on healthy groceries. Wish. Me. Luck.
