I don't even know what to call this.. fish taco salad bowl? - I should post this on my food blog as well. It's SO good. Fish tacos are probably my most favorite thing to eat, but I have a love/hate relationship with gluten, so I don't eat them often. This is a diet friendly-ish version. (I say ish because it isn't vegan, and I've been trying to a vegan diet lately, minus eggs.) I just threw everything in a bowl, rather than a tortilla.
